The wheels located at the tip of the mobile ramp offer two advantages: easy movement for the user and continuous contact of the ramp tip with the container floor. Thus, the safest loading position is automatically maintained, even despite height variations caused by the air suspension of trucks.
A control valve is available to lower the ramp (to its rest position) once the loading operation is completed. This valve allows the ramp to position itself safely and appropriately relative to the vehicle to be loaded.
During the manufacturing stage, the ramps undergo a pre-washing process through a phosphate bath, and are then coated with double-layer epoxy paint in requested RAL colors.
The front of the mobile yard ramp is equipped with 2 rubber swivel wheels; during loading, the wheels remain suspended while the jack legs touch the ground to bear the load. After the loading operation is completed, the double jack legs are lifted upwards, the rubber wheels are lowered to the ground, and the ramp is transported to its destination.
